International Conference on: Disaster Resilience: Community Based Systems to Save Lives and Preserve Health

CBDM India 2025 is an International Conference on "Disaster Resilience: Community-Based Systems to Save Lives and Preserve Health," scheduled from 19th to 21st of June 2025. The event is co- hosted by JeevaRaksha Trust, Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS), Government of Karnataka, Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Indian Railways Institute of Disaster Management (IRIDM), and Indian Medical Association Saragur (IMA).

This conference will serve as a pivotal platform for sharing knowledge and insights on unprecedented disasters, ranging from natural calamities to manmade disasters.
It aims to strengthen community-based systems, fostering a safer and healthier future.
The sessions will comprehensively address key areas such as:

  • Understanding Disaster Risk and Community Vulnerability
